Private Room Near Hospital & Tech

Be careful when it said non-refundable! Positive: The listing said it’s a private suite but the toilet is located in the hall way and the bathtub is at another floor which are open for any tenants. There is a Long Term tenant lives there, so the living room has personal items such as soda covers, doesn’t like as neat as the picture shows. And you are kept away from the dog by the dog owner means you can’t go there when the dog is there. It’s understandable but makes me feel not at home. I paid total $521 for one week but I left, didn’t stay. The owner refused to refund me anything. Bad experience!

Positive: 1. There is a dog in the house that always barked as soon as it set its eyes on me. It scared me so much that I was always afraid to step out of my room. I should have been informed of the presence of the dog before I booked for the place. 2. The bathroom was outside the bedroom. It made using the bathroom a bit uncomfortable.
